Guys, it’s grilled cheese season. Technically, grilled cheese doesn’t need a season, but if it had one, this would be it: crisp chilly air and sunny short days. The perfect weather for crunchy bread and warm gooey cheese. Spinach and mozzarella go together like, well, spinach and mozzarella. They are one of my go-to combos, whether on their own, in pasta, dip, or, grilled cheese.
